A place in the water for everyone
Whether you start at a young age, want to learn to swim as an adult or are looking for extra personal support: we have swimming lessons to suit your level.
Private lessons
Learn to swim in peace and quiet, 1-to-1 or 3-to-1, fully adapted to your pace. Parents are always welcome to watch.

Special needs lessons
For children who need extra support, for example with ADHD, autism, an intellectual disability, language or hearing difficulties or a fear of water. Groups of about 5, using visual instruction cards.

Adult lessons
In small groups of max. 6, in a safe and calm setting. Women-only lessons are also available. In Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento.

Holiday swimming lessons
Keep practising during the holidays. For children who already take regular or special needs lessons with us. Regular: 90 minutes in Arnhem · Special needs: 30 minutes in Velp. Runs with enough registrations, paid separately.

Regular, adult and private lessons take place at SIZA in Arnhem. Special needs lessons take place at the Biljoenbad in Velp.
